Innovations for Differentiation/Personalization These grant proposals should focus on curricular supplies for lessons and/or projects that promote differentiation or personal learning in your classroom. Proposals that address intervention and enrichment opportunities, as they relate to a broader sense of equity and inclusivity are encouraged.
Innovations for Technology Integration These grant proposals should focus on software and applications that teachers would like to pilot to innovate and personalize their instruction. With these grants, the goal would be to turn-key or pilot programs that could be expanded to grade-level teams, departments or a district technology library.
Innovations in Classroom Design These grant proposals should focus on innovative classroom designs to support personal learning. How can a classroom be reimagined to inspire learners? What do you need in order to create that space?
Makerspaces/Innovation Zones These grant proposals should focus on the purchase of materials to support tinkering and student exploration. What are the materials needed to foster creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving skills?
Innovations to Support School District Goals These grant proposals should focus on sustainable projects that support one or more of the district goals. Does your project connect to possible community partnerships? Foster diversity and inclusion initiatives? Use data to implement enrichments or interventions? Broaden opportunities or support for students?

Budget

Proposed costs should be calculated using district-approved vendors and should include all additional expenses (such as shipping and tax). Applicants should review approved-vendor lists from their supervisors/administrators. Please also refer to the “Limitations” section on the CFEE website to ensure the items requested are eligible.
